"So its seems even if the current test for gold in Maxam's soil is positive, that extraction process is not available to Maxam to deliver the gold." d:oug, don't be so sure. Maxam did not have the money to continue, couldn't get financing at the time, and made a deal with Xcentia, hoping to generate income from Xcentia's use of Maxam's Process and use that income to develop their properties. Unfortunately, that has not happened to date. Maxam retained the rights to their process and rights to any improvements made by Xcentia ( as stated in a prior PR ); Maxam is allowed to use the "Process" ( without a fee to Xcentia for the use ) on any current & previous mining claims ( numbering into tens of thousands of acres ). Also, as mentioned in an earlier post, Maxam is not limiting itself to one process. The upcoming PR's will "enlighten" you. Again, you do not have all the information - what are Maxam's future plans and what options are they considering? You don't know!!! So again I say, wait for the upcoming PRs. The sample testing is not to prove to Maxam that they have alluvial soils containing gold, Maxam believes that they do and states so on the current web site. The COC sample testing was requested by a 3rd. party. If you wait for the upcoming PR's, additional information will be provided. One of the testing facilities has never been used by Maxam before, and you will immediately recognize the name, and hopefully this will be an awakening for you and for Maxam as you come out of the dark and recognize present Maxam's potential. News may still be a few weeks away, but it is definately coming. For now, enjoy your weekend. |
