HOTT's endurance must be getting better - today they found a way to
climb early and to keep the gain to the closing bell.

In an earlier post, I commented on HOTT's SG&A/net sales ratio. For
comparison purposes, here's a list of how similar companies perform :

Co. Name...........SYMBOL ......SG&A/net sales.......# of stores
----------------------------------------------------------
Gadzooks...........GADZ.........24.1%................223
WetSeal............WTSLA........21.7%................367
Urban Outfitters...URBN.........38.3%................???
Pacific Sunwear....PSUN.........23.6%................???

(Note :The SG&A figures are all from the most recent quarterly report)
I could not find an industry (i.e., Retail:Apparel,Accessory Stores)
average. For the few companies I looked at, it does look like the
greater the number of stores, the lower the ratio. This could be
interpreted as good news for HOTT as they continue their store
expansion.
