CCUR got swept under the rug with all techs and melt down of the cable companies. It doesn't help that they are trying to sell to financial companies when they too are hurting.
Automotive adds to it. Even the hollywood writers strike impacts Start-over and look-back, without new content. At least they are not in housing.

However;
This looks like a steal now. They have enough cash to sustain themselves into 2008.

Cable reacts to competition. They can install now and do tests with lower impact. We still have not heard Cox announce VOD for Arizona or other markets in which they installed equipment.
Without new programs from TV shows, VOD is more important that DBS doesn't have.

Automotive saves money with CCUR, so they can get those 50 mpg cars to market quicker, lol.

European financials like linux more than US.

Pending deal for Everstream patents have a bounce impact.
It also prevents insiders like Steve Nussrallah from buying millions of shares.
