john goldman and perhaps some other bulge bracket closed their books 10/31 which may have explained the yearly high reached for most indexes then as far as techs or the beloved mo's reaching their 2007 highs again this year is less important to me than breaking these 2007 highs and then extending upon them in 2008 until the election. me
