Foreign-borns aren't discriminated against working in the US on the basis of being foreign-born, but on whether they are legally allowed to live in the US, and legally allowed to work in the US.

We have people from every country in the world working here.

When people want to come here to work they have to get in line.

Well, some do jump the line and work illegally but it's impossible to stop everybody from breaking the law, all you can do is catch them and deport them and punish them by making them wait longer.
