I suspect all the campaigns plant questions. Can't imagine they would not. Certainly the major books on the presidential campaigns in the past indicate it is endemic. Then it should be uncovered and exposed each and every time it happens, with suitable venom and scorn for the perpetrator. A political campaign based on prearranged frauds means what for the ensuing presidency...a high level of honesty and integrity? Nope. Just the BS as usual.
