You are a little out of date BS. Nearly all value resides in created value these days, rather than hunter-gatherer conquered territories.
During hunter-gatherer territorial conquest days, there wasn't a concept of capitalism, which was invented in more recent centuries as part of free markets and modern property protection.
It's the 21st century now.
Apart from that, you are wrong about property acquisition. In NZ for example, nearly all property transactions since British arrival were conducted on a commercial basis, not by conquest. Before that, Maoris didn't buy and sell, they conquered, enslaved, and ate the defeated.
The "Western world" doesn't need to feel guilt. Surely you don't think the "Eastern world" or "Southern world" or "Eastern world" operated on principles other than conquest. In fact, the "Western world" was the inventor of capitalism, freedom, democracy, and modernity.
What happened 200 years ago is irrelevant. NOBODY from then is alive. Similarly, what happened 5000 years ago is irrelevant. What happened even 50 years ago is sliding rapidly into irrelevancy.
Even now, governments confiscate most property each year. But I don't propose that I can get my property returned to me which was confiscated this year by thieving voters and the politicians and army they hire to attack me. What happened by way of conquest of me and confiscation of my assets last year is not quite irrelevant, but once it is poured down the drain by governments, there's no ethical way to get it back.
Me taking over the government and forcing some other people to give me their property doesn't fix the previous theft. It just adds another layer of theft. It would be reasonable for me to take possession of my share of state-owned property though.
Which is where tradable citizenships comes in.
We might as well start doing things right.
