It seems a waste of money and a valuable resource to export them. There might as well be some value gained: <all you can do is catch them and deport them and punish them by making them wait longer. >

One could use them for body parts. There are lots of people who need organ donors. With a ready supply of invaders there should be fairly reasonable tissue matches often enough.

One could even leave parts of the border open so the invaders could easily get in. Hospitals could be set up nearby so Americans could go there to get the parts they need.
