The next President will need to deal with securing the borders of the country and securing the sovereignty of the country.
The next President will have to get back to the basics, allowing the states to determine what is right for there communities and citizens.
The next president will need to be able to negotiate and act for the people of the United States and not be self serving with Party before country.
A new flat tax system, for all people will have to be negotiated as well. The old system is broke, social security / and medicare if they survive will need to be on the same tax system as everything else.

The next president will need to approve a new national energy system and promote that we as a nation catch up to the foreign countries in SOLAR, Wind and Water generated energy to stop the inflationary strangle hold we are in.
These are my opinions, I can't see a President of this nation solving abortion rights, gay rights, childerens rights, telling me what I can or can't read, write or watch rights, if they are busy with national business.
These issues should looked if at all, after the borders, energy and tax issues have been solved.
