You don't get it. There is nothing close to free market in labor. By defining what is legal, freedom of that market is already being destroyed. And I am not talking just about the US. >Foreign-borns aren't discriminated against working in the US on the basis of being foreign-born, but on whether they are legally allowed to live in the US, and legally allowed to work in the US.>
