Don't quote me on this, but I don't think SEC would allow this to happen, I am assuming there are severe penalties if a Brokerage/Investment firm resort to this type of activities, and I further assume this is simply against the LAW.If this sort of practices are allowed, IT WOULD BE TOO EASY.

I know, I have alluded to the same, in my previous post, but it was really a snide remark, an attack on the Wall Street guys in pin stripes,if you will. Having said that, I am sure these guys would find a way to circumvent the law, they always do. It's like the spread between the bid/ask on the NASDAQ and various and sundry other little games these guys play to rake in the moolah-IT'S ALL A BIG RIP-OFF anyway, but you got to be in the 'game' to 'play the game', or something like that.
