RE:The transition to 300mm hasn't been discussed much on this thread but it should have a very positive impact on Cymer.

I think the transition to 300mm is one of the few negatives I see for Cymer. When such a transition begins in earnest it will most likely cause chip makers to defer equipment purchases and wait for 300mm equipment. Also, you can get more than twice as many chips out of a 300mm wafer. With one stepper/laser, you are doubling your output. Not a positive for people selling lasers.
