OT feedback; on the subject of change.

With the advent of atomic layer deposition; we are alerted to the change function, which raises the question; does this change function submit, as in substitute, that which is perception, where the constructs of Forward and Backward; become the constructs Inward and Outward?

Or; is the Inward and Outward coexistent with forward and backward at all times, but constitutes missing information, under specific conditions?

Inquiring minds want to know.
