I love this one.... d. attempted to threaten, bully and intimidate critics, including members of the press, with false accusations of wrongdoing and vicious personal slurs; We are talking about David Rocker here correct? Apparently Rocker has no issue with being an activist Hedge Fund manager who thrived on making all sorts of wild accusations about corporate boards and companies yet he feels others can not turn tables on him. What a baby.
