True costs of energy. I saw one presentation that included about half the U.S. defense department budget, since so much of our spending is oil related whether certain people admit it, or not.
That gooses the numbers up quite a bit.. estimate retail gasoline would be running about $12 a gallon if you rolled tax spending into the totals....
