postscript; (with apologies to Don Coxe)

The Canadian dollar is falling nicely today;

As a result, although the S&P500 is up only .7% (point seven) in American dollars, in Canadian dollars it is up over 3%.

They say that once currencies turn, they can go a long way, If the CAD continues to fall and the S&P500 continues to rally as I expect it will, the S&P 500 could prove an excellent buy for Canadians right now. (or any quality American stock or index ?)

But be careful NOT to buy an index that is hedged to the falling Canadian dollar

(if my arithmetic is right )
