Hi Jesse,

I understand that Cambridge put down $20,000.00cnd.

In any JV each party will rely on the other for certain attributes. It's to early to determine the synergistic opportunities from this on-set. According to Mr. McCormick, President SND, Cambridge has very reputed management. They used to be affiliated with a company called Cheni Gold Mines... A past producer until it ran out of ore. Does this mean that they know how to mine for diamonds? Again, only time will tell if the JV has any validity.
