d:oug - I am trying to provide you with information without giving specifics which you call insider information. The general information is in response to your questions in order to help inform you of Maxam's current situation. If you don't know any current specifics, then either wait for the next PR or call Maxam ( which you refuse to do ). If you call Maxam, then you may gain some new information to talk about and discuss, otherwise, there will be no new public information until a PR is released.
I do know which testing labs are being used, if I find out when the next PR will be issued, or know the test results before they are PR'rd, I will not make that information available. Everything I have previously posted is currently available to you/anyone if you/they did a little DD.
Go back to Feb. 2007 postings on this board and past Maxam PR's - I have copies of Maxam PR's & President's Messages from about 1997 ( not available from me to anyone - do your own DD ).
My feelings are that anyone selling now without waiting for the next PR is foolish; the only sensible thing to do is buy shares now, in order to sell for a tax lost before the end of the year ( Mid-December ) and still retain a Maxam position for later, provided that the test results will be late ( not currently anticipated ) or the results are bad ( also not anticipated ); otherwise one will benefit if results are good.
I am in a good position and have a lot of shares, I have already sold my high cost shares a few years ago for a tax writeoff, and have accumulated more over the years.
Maxam says they have Gold, and COC testing is happening now. I am waiting for the results!!! |
