In which column would you put suicides? Do you add or subtract them?

Apparently suicides are much higher in Europe. And it's a big category.

That illustrates very well the problem with using the available data. It's meaningless, at best. Used incorrectly, as it has been, it's deceptive raw meat for the true believers.

My guess is all the outliers pretty much cancel each other out. And those that use them are using a smoke screen to disguise a significant statistic about health care.

Be that as it may, you still have the cost factor; 2X.
