My take of the current pull back is that it is a mid term correction. There are some major structural issues being priced into the market. Nobody doubts that there has been a bubble mentality at play in the housing market. I expect some fairly wide fluctuations but a primary sideways movement for the next few months before corrections have been absorbed and the upward trend resumes.
