If close to end of day today the stock markets are still up, (havent given up most of their gains) then its a buy. Expect markets to go up till Fri (options expiration) Next week may see some pullback.

Buy Mar at the money calls on the following:

QQQQ
AAPL

Also its a good time for long term players to load up on the stocks above.
