Very interesting point.....hadn't heard that before. If you're right this will bode very well for the CSCOs etc. going forward. They claimed a slowdown in their last earnings in Financial sector buying of their equipment and right away got a 5% shaving. If the rest follow the GS model (which they obviously should) this could mean a good uptick in hardware purchasing amongst the rest of the sector.
