Short interest going Up with each decline of market components. Marking this market as primarily arbitrary and capricious in its administration.

As companies disappear the relative spread across each company increases. Though we know, that this point is only illustrative of averages, we know the specific short interests of the SIP components are way above the norm with declining monthly average trading volumes almost across the board.

This market is so sold out, and yet, we go lower with no investor sellers, reflecting the trades dilemma of not having any connected Supply demand algorithms working while investor intent to own, is continually seeking fulfilment.

The degree of DESKING going on must be extreme, in particular areas, I am seeing ugly daily trade ratios that disturb even me; and I am somewhat immune to the machinations, as I've adjusted my psychology to these behaviors.

We saw a very good examples in the last 3 weeks including this AM 's qrtrly report. The naked short position here was never cleaned up from 2005, hence the conditions now border on the completely illegal behavior of host systems linked to purpose. Yet no market oversight allows this condition to persist.
