Mark, didn't have much of a chance to clarify my quest for dividend info
until today. Your post 231 indicated that "this threat is flat-out ridiculous"
and further stated:

"Folks whose biggest concern is that Systemsoft doesn't pay a dividend.<
Would you please name me ONE software company that pays a dividend.<
<.....
We need the earnings to be there, of course, but the SystemWizard>
news (or lack of news) is what should drive the stock tomorrow.<..."

My comment for the above (and no defensive position taken here):

a) the touted dividend was a hype by 'sponsors' of SYSF and Street's
rumor. It later turned out to be a stock split as a "form of dividend." I
was mistaken it as a genuine dividend. I should have corrected myself
by asking 'if there was a dividend in CASH besides the split". Some
investors may have misunderstood it and bought at previous high only to
see the "negative dividend" as price declined until this week. This
creative use of term is quite different from what another software
company used recently to declared a 3 for 2 split AND a genuine
dividend (which never can go negative) of an equivalence to appox
1.5% of share price. Please look it up under symbol CA. (Not an
attempt to tout CA or recommend it here.)
