Yep, that sounds like Houston. I'm not a big fan of Houston traffic and it's moved farther down south to where I live. What used to take 15 minutes to get from one side of town to the other is 40-45 minutes on a good day now.

I have no solutions for fixing the traffic problems but I do know this, if you are going to build a toll way, it should be more then two lanes in and around town. Instead, what the state did was build multi lanes of the toll way out in the country and when it reaches the heavy traffic area where it's suppose to help relieve congestion, it goes from 5 lanes down to 2.
