And you wont. Parts of any machine will have been made all over the globe. My experience is the best Laptops are made by either Sony or Dell. Since you wont find an true American product my advice would be to buy the best possible machine. As much as it pains me to say it SONY has been the best laptop I've ever owned. Thats what I'm using right now and its been a rocket
