Umm, right. Near as I can tell, the only difference here is that he got his feelings hurt on a couple of occasions.

During the Clinton years, there was a lot of foaming at the mouth hatred of him. To the point where Jesse Helms essentially threatened his life if he were to go to North Carolina. During those years, I heard more than one person express a desire to shoot Bill personally.

So to claim that it is a Smirk only phenomenon is sort of stupid.
