<<<The whole debate is circular. >>> It all comes down to basic philosophical differences. The Libertarian right wing has had control of Congress and the WH the previous six years. It is clear things are not working. We have huge budget deficits. We are stuck in a war that has no clear rationale. The war is paid for by borrowed money. We have lost standing in this world. We are not safer. We are losing more and more of our personal liberties. Yet, they continue with the same old arguments. More tax breaks for the super rich. Do nothing to help the poor or the working poor. Compare this to the eight years when Clinton was in Office.
