i think we need to take the diplomatic road here and not rely on our military/nation builders who just not are the folks to do the nation building job. Its like buying a stock that is in a bear. Stock goes from 40 to 20 and then surges to 30. What to do? Well if you dont expect to see 40 and above again, you sell. 40+ in iraq is what we set out to do but it is no longer achievable if it ever was. Sell at 30 and participate in the future that way along with others.
