He was President of Airborne Pollution Control, a private company providing pollution abatement for coal-fired power stations; President of Hadrian Energy, successfully acquiring and recapitalizing two bankrupt oil and gas companies; While President of Gardiner Oil and Gas Limited, a Toronto Stock Exchange company, Gardiner increased share price two and a half times in less than two years; Gardiner was acquired by Poco Petroleum for $240 million.
