Check out this one - TELOZ. It's an oil and gas income trust based in the Gulf of Mexico. Pumps out oil and gas, pays expenses and capex, then gives the quarterly profit to unit holders in the form of a dividend. Aside from the SEC filings there is one press release per quarter which announces the quarterly dividends. It's a crapshoot, but it's fun!
