The stock has a lot of potential but I have a major concern.
It is the issue of conflict of interest as LGE owns a majority
of the company and may be use ZE for it own profit. We have
seen some such examples in the South American market. Now,
is there anything that the minority investors can do about it?

I would appreciate the views of others in the forum. I see
no other reason for the stock being traded so low. Every
good news is accompanied by a further downward slide.
