I, too, am having a few problems with the believability of the Cigar acquistion. Another problem is that tobacco stocks generally sell at a discount to other stocks. Another concern I have is that the management is now not focused. Maybe they plan to get out of gambling if the Cigar market takes off.

I thought Rodney made a good point about distribution, too. Now they have part of a Cigar factory. Now they need to sell them.

All in all, however, with the good balance sheet, and break-even, or better, earnings outlook, I can see how this stock could rise nicely as the story developes. I'm in more conservative stocks at this time (well, relatively speaking), or I might be tempted to put some money in LACI.
