Marcos, I'm not a tax specialist but didn't they change the rules back in 2004 to disallow that kind of activity (in Canada anyway) as a tax loss? See fifth paragraph from the end. finance.sympatico.msn.ca I just found this out last week and a bit too late to be any help to me. I hope I'm wrong on this.
