Needham did a very nice research report on IPG back in Jan which people may have already seen. www.needhamco.com/Research/Documents/CPY20318.pdf One can see that their target price at the end of this year was $30 based on an assumed 30% revenue growth and an EPS of 0.85 It looks like IPG met their revenue growth projection but is falling well short of Needham's earnings per share projection, as such one can understand the current valuation. It seems the lower than projected earnings per share may be due to the growth in number of shares. Mike
