Art,
It is reassuring to hear from you that the MEMS technology has made reasonable progress since we saw the fairly rudimentary displays at the ASM in March. Did you get a sense from the Q reps that the current plan for MEMS screens is to be used on the "outer screen" on phones...without much emphasis on their use in the main "inside screen"? I realize from Paul's comments that MEMS ability to scale into large screens (including TV-sized screens eventually) is a long way down the road. However, I'm interested in your take on whether our expectations with respect to MEMS moving into the inside screen in the next 3-5 years need to be pulled back. The emphasis has clearly focused on the always-on and battery saving aspects! Thanks for your insight. Brihack
