The real credit goes to Zeev, who started the predictions of doom with these early gems: techstocks.com techstocks.com techstocks.com techstocks.com Or "Lone Star" with: techstocks.com I joined the negative side with: techstocks.com techstocks.com And I took alot of heat for this post which predicted a price of $5: techstocks.com And who could forget these posts by Technoman (could he really have been Greg Campbell?????): techstocks.com especially my personal favorite: techstocks.com In bringing back this old history I've let a few people off the hook because it really doesn't matter. The mystery I suppose is how after this history Zeev and I both ended up holding the bag. <G> The answer is that I felt that if they were able to achieve sales on the order of $21 million this quarter they should be able to keep the bank happy enough to make it to Q4 or 1998 when things could have gotten substantially better. Had they succeeded the stock could have doubled. But it didn't, so I took a hit of about 25%. But that happens sometimes, and we have to move on. Leo, earlier you discounted the possibility of a buyout, what do you feel about the possibility now. Earlier Greg etc. stubbornly refused to sell, but now I think they have no choice. Do you think a bankruptcy filing is emminent? Or can they find a white knight? And if so, who and at what price? Thanks for your input. I do appreciate all your posts, Carl
