I've had three Guilds over the last 40 years that I loved and a Gibson Dove that I loved in the store and hated after that. Too much maple for nice acoustic sounds. I foolishly traded the a Guild D-25 as partial payment for the Dove.

I've had a bunch of Teles -- three in the house now now- and finally decided that If I wanted the sounds of an early 60s Tele, Id have to make it myself.
