There are some areas where I can buy homes/apartments. I haven't. I use my spare cash to buy VCLK. In some areas? What does that mean? Exactly what it says. There are specific regions/islands where non-citizens can own homes/apartments, but in most of the country non-citizens cannot. It's as if foreigners could own in Manhatten, but not in the rest of New York state. Here are some of the new developments where non-citizens can own housing.
