yes, yes, yes. Good stuff. Clears sinuses, helps digestion and the V-C kills some baccies. Paprika helps out too.

But I must reiterate in case you didn't hear me (and to hear me is to know the truth, bubie, iffen in fact you listen hard and fast).. D3 is the killer diller, of baccies, that is, and virries 2.

Electric nose warmer is on the way. Chuse yer modil. There is one that use friction, another uses kwarts IR, another wool, another a furry insect, and you can also have fun with chemistry.
