The first remedy is to give the tests to the teachers.

Even if we do test teachers, with the unions the way they are, it still would be next to impossible to get rid of an inferior teacher. It should be readily apparent to most that the only way to overhaul our educational system is to get rid of the teachers union or at least break its back. The only way to get the unions out of education is implementing a voucher program. Unfortunately it appears unions are powerful enough to block vouchers as is evidenced by the latest voucher bill getting shot down in Utah...

The unions and their kiss ass liberal buddies have done their best to keep the myth alive that in order to improve our schools we just need to throw enough money at them.... Well the data is out...money has little to no effect.
