Dear Lightning,

Did you pay $.85 earlier in the day or $.75 near the end.

Given the track record of management in regards to stock options; and given that stock options prices are set based on the preceding 10 day trading average; management has no incentive for at least another 7 trading days to move the stock price up. In fact, it is to their advantage to have the stock trade at the lowest possible average in the ten days prior to setting the 4.5 million options.

I believe all shareholders and not just the insiders should be aware of this process. It happens all the time.

Welcome to the VSE Folks!!!

P.S. Lightning, you never answered my question why you failed to inform this thread about the 4.5 million options. You did tell us that you received your proxy didn't you?
