But super collectives such as UN that are without direct revenue sources (taxes) from people, and without a real military, are less likely to succeed. CyberUN could have revenue sources. How will it have control on the ground? Instead of other punishments, crime will be punished by disallowing one to be on the internet. (You know the feeling when a Forum Moderator bans you!).
