Above market rate? LOL. Go ask those locals why the retention rate for those sweatshops is SO LOW! No, Evil FOXCONN (the sole contractor for AAPL in China) does NOT want to pay higher wage for sure, so they have started moving some of their sweatshops to Vietnam and other S.E. Asian countries. May be India will welcome them<g> This is good thing. Slowly, gradually, a lot of those sweatshop will end up either move out of China, or close down!
