I've been buying AHT last week in the range of 7.80 to 8.00. There has beeb quite of bit of insider buying lately. www2.snl.com The company has a price to AFFO ratio of eight, or a price to FFO of 6. www2.snl.com A fairly good analysis of AHT in comparison to competitors who have been taken private has been posted on the google board. finance.google.com The company will be presenting on Nov. 27 at the FBR Capital Markets Conference. www2.snl.com Recent presentation lays out the value case for AHT. www2.snl.com The one negative is that AHT carries a high debt load that they have been reducing through asset sales.
