Dr. Bub, how do you explain the yoyo effect on NXTL's short interest the past 3 months? PITC, strypes, bonds, et al are positions that, once placed, would seemingly remain until the need for arbitrage ceased. Perhaps there's more traditional shorting in NXTL than you think.
