Cell phone plans for a single person are more like $40/mo, or $500/year.

Most singles share digs with a roommate, so rent is $6000 a year.

I just saved her $6500 for her student loans.

It certainly is tempting to cut out anything you feel like you don't need, which is why so many people who are uninsured are young.

A single woman fresh out of law school needs an annual gynecological exam for her Pap smear and to get her birth control pill prescription renewed, and twice a year dental checkup, so what's the point of health insurance?

If you tax her to make her pay for everybody else's health insurance, it won't give her more take home pay, she'll have less.

Single young people need nationalized health care like they need the Social Security system to continue as it is. Not.

Nationalized health care is being pushed by the boomers and other geezers so they can steal money from young people.
