Those guys are a couple of the original neocons. Kagan is the guy who came up with the "surge" - he's probably more worried about Israel than the US. The other guy is just worried about how to keep the neocon agenda rolling through current events. They are both nuts. The neocon ideas need to be exterminated beyond any hope of resurrection.
