Ok. We have made progress.

Now the methodology is a little different than the CBO used. Because the CBO used all federal taxes and this is just income taxes. So they probably are in close agreement.

Are you now claiming that 33% is really close to 40%?

Because, remember, your original statement was all taxes. Not just income taxes.
