Paul, you know this stock. Sooner or later the historical patterns will probably be defeated...but will they this time? There are lot's of good stocks to make fairly quick money on. Assuming you have better things to do with your life than hang out here and sweat this investment, I'd seriously consider taking the money and running...especially if you're at break even. If CNBC reported a HP rumor, then it will have to be followed through on. The press is likely already hounding the PR offices of both companies looking for answers. Remember the last IBM rumor? As soon as someone of any authority denies the rumor, the stock will probably run for the low nines again. HP would be real interesting. You don't think that John Young (former HP exec) might have held out to cut the right deal with HP and only HP do you? Good luck. sf
